2006 Required Posters for ALL California Employers

With 2006 just days away, employers are reminded to review their company bulletin boards to determine if their State and Federal posters meet legal posting requirements or should be updated.  One new mandatory change includes the new inclusion of Your Rights Under USERRA, the military leave poster from the federal Department of Labor.  A change to the state Notice to Employees poster is currently undergoing revisions by the Employment Development Department (EDD).

A list of mandated posters, provided by the California Chamber of Commerce , is tabled below for your reference.
